Operation

• The External auditor reports important matters, found during its audit, to the Audit Committee quarterly.
• To ensure independence, the external auditor discusses with the Audit committee in advance in the case of performing management consulting other than for audit activities. And the auditor proceeds the activities that may cause conflict of interest after the resolution of the Audit committee.
